Can you tell me who the shochet is and what his religious background training is?

Hi, can you please tell me if the grain that the chickens eat is organic? I’m particularly interested if they are fed any corn or soy which could be genetically modified. Thanks! —Sue
It is not organic, simply because of cost. It would be very expensive. I believe it is not genetically modified, but I will check on that.
